Sorry about the long wait for pictures! I got the chance to figure it out and make sure nothing was lost and all my pictures were saved onto my external hard drive so I could remove all my picts on the computer to put new ones on! Im sure you've done it, but we haven't! So we were a bit behind and not exactly computer savvy. But hey.. we're here and back!

As of June 1st I quit my job! I'm enjoying being a stay at home mom again! We are surprisingly busy and loving it! Justin is busy busy with his job and we enjoy him on his days off. I have so many pictures to show you but since there is just too many I just only uploaded some. don't want to over whelm you with all the stuff. So I hope you enjoy! Please leave me comment or two! American PoP Concert

It's the end of the 3rd grade for Matthew and on his last week of school the entire 3rd grade classes put on a concert of American Pop !!! They ranged from the 50's to the 2000's!!! Loved it! they did such a good job! Matthew and a couple other boys dressed up as Johnny Be Good :) they did a great job with their guitars and dance moves!

Matthew got Straight A's again!!! He had Straight A's all year long! We are soo proud of him! It was a pretty difficult year with all their homework and projects they do now at days! it's crazy!! Matthew absolutely LOVES animals, so we told him we would get him an Animal Encyclopedia! He reads it almost every single day ! I feel as if I'm being educated as well, cuz he's always telling something new about an animal !!! He's such a little smarty pants!

So.. 3rd grade is done and onto 4th he goes! Growing up way to fast! Some exciting news though! Luke is starting Kindergarten and is very excited! he can't wait! Matt is pretty excited his little brother will be joining him too. We are enjoying our summer so far by swimming and playing with friends and neighbors and visitng family and getting ready for our yearly Mammoth vacation with Mom and Dad!

M♥ther's Day

 For Mother's Day this year the boys bought me a Kitchen Aid Mixer! Ive always wanted one! I absolutely love it to ♥

 had to make something when i got it :) boys wanted to help me to, so we decided to make daddy (Justin) his favorite bread... Lemon Poppy Seed bread.

Chill Time

Finally got away from the heat and took a trip up to the cabin! There was so much rain and snow this winter that trees fell everywhere!! It was crazy! We've never seen so many trees down ! Here is one in the road and Justin is trying to get it off to the side. We pulled many trees out of the roads.

 In Johnsondale there is a very cool little retreat area where there are tons of cabins. It's called R-Ranch.

 On our way back... stopped in Kernville at this little resaurant called B&B BBQ. Very good food!

 Matthew lost 3 teeth that day! Couldn't believe it! That is a scratch on his face from a stick he was holding.

 When we were gone on our day trip up the River, this 40 foot tree fell down. Yet another one!

Weather was soo beautiful and cold! Loved it! We later went back up after Justins shooting to get away from everyone and all the phone calls. That was a great getaway as well! We sure do enjoy going to the Drakes cabin! it's been a real blessing! 

Easter 2011

About a week before Easter we had an MGM block party and they decided to let the kiddos die (dye?) Easter Eggs :)

Runner

The boys found a poor injured birdie in our back yard, so they decided to play Veterinarian with it. They named him Runner cuz he was fast.

Poor Runner eventually died and the boys gave it a nice burial in the back yard. Silly kids! And yes they washed their hands good after !! But they are boys and they will touch and gotta explore! They LOVE animals! 

Justin's Birthday

Justin had to work on his birthday this year so the boys and I decided we wanted to do something special for him. Justin loves to bbq and be in the back yard. So we wanted to make it a fun and relaxing place he really will want to enjoy kicking back at.

 New comfy chairs and fire pit! We used to always use camping fold out chairs.

 All done! Justin absolutely loved everything! On his days off he smoked a delicious Tri Tip!

I assume he had a decent day! We use all of this stuff all the time and we can actually entertain friends that come over and have decent back yard furniture :) 

Memory Bears

A family friend of the Weidenkopf's made these bears out of Grandpa Jim's shirts. What a very sweet thing to do!! We will cherish them always and forever! We love you Grandpa Jim!
